Privacy Policy

Personal information you give us directly, and nothing else:

• your email address
• the answers you select in the waitlist form

We do not ask for your name, your address, or any payment details, because there is nothing to buy yet. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not buy information about you from anyone.

Your email address is how we tell you the product exists and send your launch discount code. That is the whole purpose of the list.

The answers are research. They help us decide what to make and roughly what it should cost. We read them in aggregate, as counts and patterns rather than as individual replies.

Our email provider, which stores the list and sends the emails on our behalf, and service providers who help us run the site. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Some of these providers are outside Canada, and your email address and answers are stored and processed on their servers. While your information is in another country it is subject to that country’s laws, and may be accessible to its courts and law enforcement.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise hand it to advertisers or data brokers. If we ever share aggregate findings outside the company, they contain no email addresses and nothing that identifies you.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it takes you off the list.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@bulkramen.com and we will do it without asking why.
